About Me:
Hi! My name is Dina and I want to find out why you came here? Are you seeking wellness, maybe a different type of fitness? Do you have ‘stuff’?(we all do) I really want to make a difference in your world! Tall order, maybe so but I believe in you! Why? Because there are times when you don’t and you don’t have anything left in the tank. I want you to feel good, feel stronger and more confident than you ever have! My goal is to help guide you to get to place where you love your body! I am still on my own fabulous journey, so we can ROCK this thing together!
What you may need to know about me:
I completed 500 hour comprehensive certification from Club Pilates teacher training in 2018. I practiced mat/reformer pilates for over 10 years and have 100 hours towards my yoga training. Before pilates, I was a kickboxing instructor, and teach barre & TRX classes. Graduating from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia with a BFA in photography started me on a path of working with people. I photographed weddings for over 20 years and still work as a freelance photographer.
I love to spend time with my husband, two growing sons, dog & cat. I also really enjoy to go on hikes in Valley Forge Park.
